We met up at Chili's in Mira Mesa in
the morning before the show to chat about
cars and what to expect when we got there.
We
certainly did not expect to find a line so
long to get into the show!! But, once we finally
got in to the show, we were greeted by a very nice
E36 BMW with a carbon fiber hood!!
Group 5
Motorsports was there with their E36 M3, and not
to be outdone, there were several nice Audi's
there as well.
Although
the show was primarily Asian cars (aka Rice
Rockets) there was still enough German presence to
make the show worth while. We will definitely be
there next year to see what Import Showoff 2001
has to offer!
